It was reported at the Council meeting that the City has a new online bill pay system. XPRESS BILL PAY is now available for residents to use for payment of their City of Wells bills, including utility charges, business license, and dog license.
Heather Iveson, City Hall staff employee said that many people are already using this easy to use payment method and liking it. More help is available at the City website for anyone with questions. [read more]
